Refunds and returns

Goodfayre is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of purchase. Provided they are returned in a fully resaleable condition any tags must be intact and packaging must be unopened. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, so please make sure you have the card you made the purchase with if you have paid by card. A store credit may be offered if you do not have the original payment card.

Our system stores receipts for purchases for up to 30 days so as long as you can remember the time and date of purchase a receipt is not required.

You can return most products excluding the following:

Cosmetics/fragrance/Toiletries no exchange or refund once the original packaging has been opened, unless faulty.
Chilled or frozen food, no exchange or refund unless faulty.
perishable food, no exchange or refund once the original packaging has been opened, unless faulty.
Cleaning products no exchange or refund once the original packaging has been opened, unless faulty.

All refunds are discretionary as an act of goodwill from the store manager. In some instances a partial refund or exchange made be offered.

Our discretionary policy is in addition to your legal rights as we’re not legally required to refund you for items you don’t want.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS RELATING TO FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS.
